Apartment 2 (2 + 2), 30m2, is located on the ground floor, on the north side of the villa so there is no sea view or balcony. The apartment has a small bedroom with two single beds and a living room sofa which can be folded into the bed for two additional persons. This apartment has no air conditioning.
Villa Katarina is located near the city center and only 150m from the sea. There are a mini market, with basic groceries and hygienic supplies, and the pizzeria "Gušti" nearby, just a hundred meters away. Numerous catering facilities can be found on the seafront promenade. For all those who come with pets, the dog beach is nearby. The town center is about 300m away, with various restaurants, pizzerias, nightclubs, shops, banks, markets, children's playgrounds, cultural sights and numerous other facilities. Crikvenica is connected with the surrounding places by city buses, taxi services as well as a tourist train.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. Changing the linen by request is additionally paid, as well as cleaning at the guest's request.
Check in is from 14:00 and check out until 10:00.
Villa Katarina has three floors, with 6 apartments of different sizes - 4 apartments 2 + 2 and two apartments 4 + 2. All are equipped with TV Sat, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
