In the residential area, at the entrance to Crikvenica, about 800 m away from the city center and city noise, there is a 35m2 apartment. Nearby, 150 m away, is a small market with basic groceries and hygienic supplies. The beach is only 400 m away, as well as a small children's playground.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a newer building, and the whole settlement is on a slight elevation so that the terrace offers a partial view of the sea and the neighboring island of Krk. The terrace has a sunshade. Parking place is provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed, the bed linen is changed every 7 days free of charge. In the living room there is an angular sofa bed with two additional beds. There is also a small kitchen with all accessories necessary including a fridge with a small freezer, kitchen utensils, kettle, oven, electric stove, microwave and dining table. In the bathroom there is a shower, and a washing machine. Towels are changed every 7 days. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV sat and Wi-Fi access, which are included in the price as well as the final cleaning of the apartments.
Pets are charged an additional 6 Euros per day. Changing linen and towels on request will be charged extra. Check in is from 14:00 onwards, and check out till 10:00.
